Greeting delegates, and welcome to this year’s Mazapan School Model United Nations Simulation. My name is Zita Lobo. I’m 18 years old and a senior at Mazapan School. This is my third year participating but my first as a chair. It is a great honor to be one of your chairs for the Social, Cultural, and Humanity Committee. Welcome delegates to MMUN 2025! My name is Laurence Salazar, and I will be one of your chairs for this year’s SOCHUM committee. I am 16 years old and currently a Junior at Mazapan School. This will be my fourth participating in MMUN, and my second year acting as a chair. I look forward to meeting you all and making this year’s simulation a pleasant experience for you all.
